The typical Control Process of Batching system:
- Manager sets and stores the formulas and ratio, the operators find the formula and put in production amount;
- Press “Start” button, then batching program will start automatically;
- The feeding valve and pump of the first kind of materials start. The related pump and valve will be closed when reaching the target amount, then store data;
- The feeding valve and pump of the second kind of materials start. The related pump and valve will be closed when reaching the target amount, then store data;
- The batching guiding light works until all of the raw materials are feed, then a process will be completed;
