System features:
◆Manually put the barrel on the platform pallet, align with the barrel mouth and press the start button to start filling;
◆Hand shaking lance to align with the barrel mouth, suitable for 200L barrel, 4 barrels pallet type and ton barrel filling;
◆Filling nozzle and pipe use quick coupling,convenient for removing and washing;
◆Two-stage & fast and small feed automatic filling models are adopted to improve the accuracy.
◆At the same time when filling starts, the system will automatically perform the function of weight deduction to zeroing the empty barrel on the platform;
◆When it reaches to the filling amount of single, nozzles automatically lifts for next start;
◆After the filling is completed, the pallet can be moved out of the platform manually.
◆In case of emergency, pressing emergency stop button to stop this filling;
◆Using one-button operation: start up- filling valve lower into drum- auto tare- filling- filling ends - filling valve lifts;
◆The filling naozzle is inserted into the barrel for filling, filling completes and the filling nozzle automatic lifting;
◆The system is equipped with a braking device, which can automatically brake during filling to prevent the swing of the rocker arm;
◆The nozzle pipeline is made of SUS304 stainless steel. The vertical rod and lifting mechanism are mild steel painted

Setting signal drum value——Push the pallet into the platform and align with the NO1 drum mouth——Press start button——Filling valve inserts into drum automatically——System auto weight deducting, weight zero——Automatically open fast and small feeding valve to start filling——The fast valve and pump close when filling to fast feed——The small valve and pump close when filling to small feed——The filling nozzle auto lifts and wait for next starting——Align the filling nozzle with NO2 barrel mouth——Align fillling nozzle with NO2 barrel mouth——Press start button——Filling valve inserts into drum automatically——Until four barrels are filling completed, remove the pallet from the platform.
