Performance and working principle of batching system
System composition This control system is a comprehensive automation system integrating weighing, feeding, prescription control, feeding and other computer production process control and data management. It is intended to use mitsubishi Q series PLC and RCC microcomputer to build a high-performance control platform. For the design of an automatic system for production control, it is essential to achieve stable and reliable operation, simple and practical operation, and excellent cost performance. This system is composed of six parts: 1.Control part: the host computer adopts the enhua P4 industrial control microcomputer, the mitsubishi Q series PLC communication module and the switch quantity input and output module, as well as the manual -- automatic control switch, the manual control button and the indicator light and so on are all installed in the integrated control cabinet, which is convenient to operate. 2.Software part: customize according to the basic requirements of the batching system and users' actual needs. 3.Weighing part: high-precision explosion-proof weighing module is adopted, combined with weighing control instrument. 4.Actuator: use solenoid valve to control pneumatic ball valve for feeding and discharging control. 5.Feeding: pneumatic diaphragm pump is used for feeding. 6.Pipeline: feeding pipeline and circuit wiring pipeline Action process: 1.The four sets of weighing tanks of Vstar are respectively equipped with measuring sensors, and the input is connected to the switching volume input module in the way of BCD code. After calculation, the weight of the weighing tank is transformed into the zero of the weighing tank. When the system is designed to stop, each set of weighing tank shall be manually checked for zero, so as to monitor whether the zero of the weighing tank is normal.Automatic zero detection is carried out in the process of continuous batching operation, which can correct the zero change of the weighing tank to ensure the measurement accuracy. 2.After the operator starts to click the batching operation process, PLC controls the electromagnetic valve of the first kind of raw material feeding to open, this kind of raw material is slowly added into the weighing tank, the computer monitors the signal transmitted by the measurement sensor under the weighing tank in real time, and compares it with the target value set by the prescription.When the set target value of the formula is reached, the PLC control output is disconnected, and the solenoid valve for feeding the first raw material is closed. After stabilization, the weighing tank and the total weight of the added raw material are measured, and the value is taken as the zero of the second raw material before feeding. 3.Then the feeding process of the second raw material starts, and so on to the second, third...
