1.1. System overview
Hopper coating quantitative filling machine, using the barrel top filling method, is suitable for filling of coating, paint. The unique design of the spray gun device is easy to operate, fast and accurate perfusion. And to maximize the residual fluid leakage after perfusion. During operation, the operator simply aligning the mouth of the barrel directly below the nozzle of the spray gun, pressing the [start] button on the control box, and the system will automatically remove the skin of the empty barrel (optional). Then open the filling valve, accurately double speed
filling. After filling, the filling valve closes automatically and the barrel is pushed out of the weighing table manually. Put the lid on the barrel and then move the barrel to the capping machine and the capping is finished.
